In the course of these activities, Ariana Germany may access all personal data stored in our systems insofar as this is necessary for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security updates or further development. No data is passed on to third parties or used by Ariana Germany for its own purposes. Ariana Germany employees are bound to confidentiality pursuant to Art. 28(3)(b) GDPR. No data transfers to third countries outside the EU/EEA take place in the context of hosting; data processing is carried out exclusively on servers located in Germany.
